Late July I sent my legal name change paperwork to the government. It said 6-8 weeks on the website but its been 10 weeks now and I just noticed the money came off my credit card! So it will probably be 11 weeks when I actually get it in the mail. So if anyone else is getting their name changed it may take longer than 6-8 weeks from my experience. I was checking every day in the past few weeks if they took it out, omg finally! 😊
